Sports Injury

Our Approach

At Limitless Physical Therapy we take a unique approach to physical therapy as we treat each patient in a quiet, private and comfortable 1-on-1 setting.  Our personalized treatments help to ensure our patients’ quickest recovery as well as long-term health and wellness as we are able to treat the whole body, not just an isolated injury.

When you come to Limitless PT, you will be treated with hands-on techniques and be given specific exercises matching your unique needs. We value your time, so you can rest assured knowing that we make the most of your appointment times doing only treatments that will move you forward in the clinic and teach you to be independent with your unique exercises at home.

Muscle Activation

Muscle Activation is a revolutionary approach to treating the common aches and pains that ail so many of us. The technique of Muscle Activation can diagnose and treat muscle imbalances and weaknesses in the body. When a muscle is deactivated, or “turned off,” other surrounding muscle groups have to compensate for the imbalance. Over time, these imbalances can spark a vicious cycle of more weaknesses, persistent pain, and oftentimes leads to injury.

By activating muscles with this approach, it helps each muscle to function correctly. This creates balance in the body, reduces or eliminates pain, and can prevent injury. Having balance in your muscular system does not only help with daily functioning, but can also help improve sports performance.  This is achieved by optimizing each muscle’s potential, leaving no weak links to hold you back from your personal best.

Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy

MDT is a system that is focused on patient empowerment and self treatment.  After an assessment, the patient is given specific, individualized exercises and postural advice to correct the patients specific pain and limitations.

Neurological Integration System

Neurological Integration System (NIS) is a healing modality that allows for testing of the communication between the brain and the glands, organs, muscles, nerves and other systems in the body.

If the brain is not communicating well to any of these areas, NIS can then restore and improve the communication, allowing the body to optimally function once again.

NIS is also able to assist the body's immune system as it can detect and help the body to fight against viral, bacterial and parasitic infections.

Often these different infections have gone undetected by the body for long periods of time, which can lead to chronic health issues.  Once detected by NIS, the body is assisted to heal and restore proper function.

NIS can help address: stress, anxiety, hormone problems, viral infections, bacterial infections, parasites, vision complaints, digestive issues, respiratory complaints, pain, structural problems, ear infections, fatigue, circulation, learning difficulties, headaches/migraines, and more.
